Helpful Employee!

I was having trouble with an order and could not find any help on the website. I DM’d the Instagram account and spoke with Arianna who was super helpful. She helped with everything and replied super fast. I really appreciate her help!!

Really helpful customer service

Really helpful customer service. My dress was broke and Rebecca helped arrange a replacement to be sent out next day so I was able to wear it for an event. Brilliant customer service, can’t thank you enough! Saved the day lol

I thought there were sizes for a reason…

I ordered several items of clothing from this sight from the sale category. My items arrived fairly quickly and I was excited to try everything on. The first item I tried on was a cute little triangle top with sequins in a size 14 that fit me perfectly. Next was a lingerie set-imagine my surprise when I tried it on & it seemed 3 sizes too big. I shrugged & reached for the next item. It too was 3 times too big-and the next and the next. I finally stopped and looked at the sizes on the packaging & I was looking at size18, size 20 and I thought to myself-I wouldn’t have ordered those sizes, I’m a size 10/12 bottom & 14/16 top. I go back to look at my order and surprise!! They sent me sizes that I didn’t order.
I’ve ordered online clothing for many years & I have never had anything like this happen to me. Size 12 jumper-why not throw a size 16 in the bag? Do they tell their employees to just throw whatever size they grab into the bag if they’re out of the size that the person ordered? Then I realize that I have to pay to return this stuff… I have to pay to return your mistake? I’m very very very disappointed.

Edited to add-this is a bs answer & you know it-I found this handy helper from YOUR site—-A lot of our production is based in the UK, which means our products will come with UK sizing. You needn't worry though; every style has been converted accordingly to match the sizing in your country. In addition to I order based off of my MEASUREMENTS AND ACCORDING TO YOUR SIZE CHART.

Really awful quality clothes

Really awful quality clothes, the photo in the picture shows nice white and green trousers with matching top and shoes - I received a horrible sickly shade of yellow and dark green trousers, like they’ve lightened the photo, whilst the top and shoes are a strange cheap white material that is very see through.
Everyone I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and I am now PAYING to send these back because of horrendous false advertising. Don’t go near them.

You have very bad reviews, how come? Someone left a nasty gal sticker in my apartment with a small card that says nasty gals do it better.

A:

Certain people shouldn't be allowed to leave reviews IMHO. From what I can gather they changed ownership and people are displeased as the old customer service did nothing. This is very much a "get what you pay for" situation. I don't know what people expected from $10 shorts, but for $10 they're pretty awesome. I only had one issue and it was addressed promptly and they just sent me a new jacket, I didn't have to return my current one. It's value for money IMO The other complaints stem from people not reading the T&C's of their purchase. If you're stupid enough to not read them and check returns policies, then that's on you guys. Nasty Gal is quite open with they're returns policy for all countries and there is little they can do in terms of shipping/customs processing times. A lot of people who are mad are from the USA where customs is knows to intercept many packages. The rest are people who ordered next day delivery on a weekend when even the shipping company stipulates on THEIR website (DHL, USPS, AusPost) that next day shipping is business days only. The only other thing is sizing. It does run small. But again, if you're smart you'll do your measurements and check with the Nasty Gal guide. Hope this helps

shoe sizes - are they accurate and do they have half sizes I wear 8 1/2 what is best size

A:

I am a size 6.5 and I ordered the size 6 sneakers and they came in UK size 4 which is apparently the equivalent size, but they were definitely 2 sizes too big on me, I just ordered a pair of sandals US size 5 instead of 6 hoping they will fit. Also, no half sizes available.

I have had a credit on my nasty gal account being that they have changed ownership I am unable to log into my account and I they are unable to be contacted. Is any one having this issue? I can not find a phone number no where!

A:

Try tweeting at@Nastygal,@Nastygalhelp, and #Nastygal with your issue and that no one is responding. I finally got a response and my same issue has been "escalated". You have to be firm (and polite) but I was clear I would not accept this "sorry -- nothing we can do" answer. Look for ANY record you may have (order number, email, etc). Also, everyone should file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and FTC!

Hi! Has anyone ordered Quay sunglasses from NastyGal? Are they real ones or knock offs? Like so many others, i just placed an order for a pair of sunglasses without checking the reviews first and of course am now regretting it very much. I am in Germany and have read about unexpected "customs" fees which i would be ok to pay if not too high as long as the glasses are what i ordered. Should I take the risk of letting the transaction be? Thanks in advance for your replies!

Hi! I haven't purchased the sunglasses just clothes. The delivery was quick no charges at all. I complained about a small hole in one item and they replied immediately and sent me a new item ASAP without asking me to return the damaged one. I paid with PayPal so maybe that makes a difference. Hope it helps!
